"Baptism is the sacrament of new life through water and the Spirit." Roman Catechism II 2,5
Children Under 7 Years Old
Baptism is celebrated on two Sundays of the month at 1:30PM. Parents must come to the Rectory to complete a special registration form for Baptism. Upon completion of the form, a Baptism date will be given. Please do not make arrangements for Baptism Celebration before you get a Baptism date.
Parents of first children are required to attend one Baptism Preparation Class (as well as parents who have never participated in a Baptism class). Registration for the Baptism Preparation Class can be made at the time the Registration Form for Baptism is completed.

Young Adults and Adults
The greatest adventure we face as human beings is to explore the meaning of life. Questions like, “Where does the universe come from?” “Is there a God?” “What happens to us when we die?” challenge us to think, love, and live. It is the conviction of Catholic Christians, that the answers to life’s questions are found in Jesus Christ, and that we have been called by Jesus to explore those questions and your own with you.
If you decide to become Catholic, substantive formation occurs. After some time in preparation, depending on your faith history and following the lead of the Holy Spirit, you will be formally received into full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a journey to God through which a person is gradually transformed into the likeness of Christ through a conversion process brought about by the Holy Spirit working through prayer and instruction in the faith. Although the journey never ends, the RCIA culminates in a person’s being fully initiated into the Body of Christ, the Church, through reception of the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.
Baptized persons from other denominations may also join in this process.
It is a very moving, Spirit-filled process for all involved.
